Ligatures in Nerd Fonts don't display properly

Reproduction steps

In the desktop app change the sans font to "JetBrainsMono Nerd Font"

Expected behaviour

Ligatures display in the input box like they're supposed to

Actual behaviour

Some symbols become invisible, only the last two characters are considered for displaying any given ligature, rendering any previous characters that were part of a ligature invisible. Does not affect browser (Firefox tested)!
