Reproduction steps
1 - Have mobile push notifications enabled.
2 - Make sure the community in question is muted.
3 - Have no other instances of Fluxer open so that push notifications are received.
4 - Get mentioned in any community that is muted, but with mobile push notifications enabled.
Expected behaviour
Mentions should still cause a notification to be sent out and received by the client.
Actual behaviour
For some reason, they aren't sent out.
When the community is not muted, they work fine.
