Reproduction steps
1. Go to Community settings > Roles & permissions and select a role.
2. Under Role icon, tap Upload image and select an image from your gallery.
3. Crop or save the icon.
4. Observe the role icon preview box in the settings menu.
Expected behaviour
The selected role icon should immediately appear in the preview area so the user can review how it looks before saving changes.
Actual behaviour
The role icon preview fails to appear right after selecting and saving the image; the preview box remains empty and only populates later under certain conditions or after saving.
