Add Uptime Kuma support for status page integration on self-hosted instances

Right now the only status page that can be used is Instatus. Self-hosted solutions like Uptime Kuma can't be used.

Add an integration for the Uptime Kuma API, so a self-hosted instance can use it as a public status page (downtime, maintenance periods, ...)
