Add the possibility for global user icons

If a staff/mod of an server writes in a guild that isn't administered by staff it is not possible to have an icon next to the name to indicate that they are staff/mods

Add the possibility for serveradmins to either add icons to a user that is displayed next to their name or alternativly, allow a setting when creating badges to enable that badge to be shown next to the name. Maybe show it before the username so that it is directly clear that its not a role icon from that guild (see example image)
