Make do not disturb (DnD) not desktop only

Do not disturb shouldn't be desktop only. This is an issue I've had with Discord in the past and wish it wasn't replicated here. When I set my status to DnD it's usually because I don't want to get notifications specifically from Fluxer. The problem is I still need to get notifications from other apps, and I don't want to have to go into app settings to disable and renable notifications. I will forget to renable them.

Do not disturb's suppression of notifications should extend to mobile as well. Especially on a per-account basis so I can set specific accounts to not give me notifications without needing to log out of them entirely.

An alternative/additional change could be settings for the enable notifications setting in-app to be per account and not for all signed in accounts. Another alternative could be to possibly add an app notification category per account so we can customise the notifications (image attsched of where I mean)? I'm not sure if these are dynamic or if they can work like this though.
