Current problem
The current community system is preserving and supporting the communities with high members. Fluxer as an open platform should give opportunity to small and nano communities which have even 1 member! That is the thing connects people to themselves.
Proposed change
Serve to user an alternative "Explore Communities". If user wanting to discover micro communities he/she will.
The current rules will stay same
But when people enters for alternative
They will be able to see every community even have 1 member
So there will be 2 explore communities
