Gateway doesn't reject an empty token

1. Connect to the gateway.
2. Wait for Hello event.
3. Send Identify but with the token set to an empty string.

(...And optionally send heartbeats in the heartbeat interval if you want to stay connected.)

The gateway should close the connection with code 4004 and "Invalid token".

The gateway doesn't respond to the Identify at all but does respond to heartbeats with HeartbeatAck (as expected). This is the same behavior as if Fluxer is currently down and the gateway is just keeping connections alive but not letting anyone identify.
