Current problem
It is not possible to provide a reason to users when they are removed from communities.
Proposed change
Add a message box to the kick/ban user flows that allows the admin or moderator to explain to the user why they're being removed.
Edit history
Add ability to inform users why they were removed when kicked/banned has not been edited, so there are no earlier versions.
