Ability to block bots / webhooks

When users are communicating through webhooks / bots, it is impossible to block those individuals. This can circumvent and prevent any attempt of using the blocking feature as intended. The original message by the user is properly blocked, but the subsequent deletion and replacement with the webhook message shows the message regardless of the blocked status of the user.

Allow the bots / webhook to be blocked like a regular user.
