Add admin panel access for selfhosted instances directly into the mobile and desktop apps

Currently, the panel is not easily accessible via desktop or mobile clients. This can be an issue for selfhosted instance operators, especially if on mobile, as a browser is needed to access the panel, meaning you must log into your account into the browser and other things like that.

I am suggesting to add admin panel access for authorised users directly into the mobile and desktop clients, whether that be in the settings panel or elsewhere in the client.
