Ability to customize reporting reasons

I don't really like the reasons that are available for reporting messages, or which ones direct to the ability to actually report rather than block.

Please make the available reasons for reporting customizable, along with the ability to change which ones redirect to the block option. To be more specific, I would like to remove some of the reasons, and add my own.
