Channel names do not preserve the zero-width (non-)joiner

(#4457) Bug Open: Confirmed Priority: P2 channels emoji

Reproduction steps

  1. Copy 🧑‍💻 or 🧝‌🏿 into a channel name. It does not matter if the community permits flexible channel names or not.

Expected behaviour

The emojis should have been preserved as-is.

Actual behaviour

The emojis are turned into 🧑💻 or 🧝🏿, respectively.

Evidence

🧝‌🏿 - example of person emoji and skin tone emoji combination that is separated with a ZWNJ. 🧑‍💻 - example of composite emoji that needs a ZWJ. On Discord, ZWJ is not removed, while ZWNJ is. In some languages, both ZWJ and ZWNJ are used in typography, but the difference is most easily noticeable with emojis.
