Current problem
It is not possible to convert a text channel into an announcement channel or vice-versa.
Proposed change
It should be possible for a text channel to be converted to an announcement channel. Both are fundamentally the same, except that only the announcement channels have the possibility to relay messages to other communities.
Additional information
Matches how Discord already handles announcement channels.
