Merged from #445 [BUG?] Screenshare not doing any res above 1080p

Report details

Summary

Noticed that when screensharing with 1440p or 4k it wont do it, it will max out to 1080p instead. Could this be a server side issue because the bitrate never reaches that target to make it switch to 1440p or 4k? Or a encoder problem.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Screenshare 1440p or 4k
  2. Notice that its not doing those resolutions
  3. Instead it will always do 1080p even if you have the hardware or upload bandwidth to do it

Environment (optional)

I checked again. This issue wasn't fixed. If this issue is not the duplicated then it must be stayed open.
