Unicode emojis are converted into shortcodes when inserting into a code line or block

(#4443) Bug Open: Confirmed Priority: P2 desktop emoji markdown

Reproduction steps

  1. Create a code line (with single backticks: `...` ) or a code block (with triple backticks: ``` ).
  2. Insert a Unicode emoji, like 👾, into the code line or block.

Expected behaviour

The emoji should have not been converted into a shortcode, matching Discord's behavior.

Actual behaviour

The emoji was converted into a shortcode.
