Ability to disable image metadata stripping per guild or channel

Current problem

Currently, Fluxer in AttachmentProcessingService.ts unconditionally strips all metadata from images, which most of the time is a good thing to protect people's information. However, there are cases where preserving metadata is desirable, for instance if sharing an AI-generated image, the parameters of that generation are traditionally stored as metadata. The information being stripped makes it impossible to share without first zipping the file, which is not very convenient.

Proposed change

This could be solved carefully without compromising on privacy by having a setting per guild or perhaps channel to skip the metadata stripping and use the original file. To be more up front about this, perhaps the interface could have a warning when attaching an image that the current guild/channel does not strip metadata
