Push notification sent on mobile when opening channels in the web version

Reproduction steps

Open web.fluxer.app
Open an unread channel (muted or otherwise)
See notification pop up on your phone

Expected behaviour

3 things:

I'd expect notifications to come as I get messages
I'd expect notifications on my phone to be inactive while I'm on the web version (I have the inactive timeout set to the default 10m).
I'd expect muted servers to remain muted

Actual behaviour

Whenever I open an unread channel on a server (which has been unread for a while with no new messages), even if the server is muted, I get a notification on my mobile app right after I open that channel. What?? That's not how notifications should work.
