Custom sorting for stickers and emotes in Community settings

When uploading stickers to a community, they are sorted by newest upload date. There is no way to sort the stickers manually, or at all even. The only way to "move" a sticker's position is to delete a sticker and re-upload it. The same goes for community emotes.

Having the ability to manually sort stickers, by dragging with your mouse, would make organizing them a lot easier. For example, communities that have stickers for different characters/sonas can now be grouped together much easier, without needing to delete and re-upload them. The same would apply to emotes: in the community settings, moving emotes around is as easy as dragging them up and down the list. To this extent, it might be good to also include a "sort by name/upload date" and "ascending/descending" filters, since I realize manually sorting max 500 stickers/emotes can be a lot.
