Current problem
Read receipts are visual indicators that show whether or not any given user has seen a message. They are absent from Fluxed as far as I can tell.
Proposed change
Adding read receipts through a visual indicator such as a mini-bubble below a given message with the user who has read the messages profile picture. Option should be toggleable, possibly opt-in depending on community feedback to such a feature.

Signal, Matrix, RCS, WhatsApp, SnapChat and other contemporary chat apps have the feature, and a lot of them have different methods of implementation. On Signal, both users have to have the feature on for it to work, where as other apps implement it where you can still see if someone else has read your message if you have opted out but they havent. Signals implementation is nice for privacy conscious users.
