the Fluxer flatpak doesn't open on Linux Mint 22.3

Summary

Installing Fluxer through the Software Manager in Linux Mint does appear shortcuts and descriptions fine but attempting to run it doesn't work... as opposed to running the Debian package instead where it runs flawlessly...

Steps to reproduce

Open the terminal and run the command

flatpak install app.fluxer.Fluxer

accept the prompt Y from the terminal and it appears as an application icon
attempt to run

flatpak run app.fluxer.Fluxer alternatively when it's installed through flatpak opening the directory to /var/lib/flatpak/app/app.fluxer.Fluxer/x86_64/stable/active/files/fluxer and opening the application fluxer_desktop would open the application (I think the app thinks it's the mobile verison)

from opening from directory: stable build 162 (c6f7da0), 2026-03-22 22:16:23 UTC, Electron 40.0.0, Linux 6.17.0-19-generic (x64), desktop stable 0.0.0 I am running on a desktop, Linux Mint 22.3 x86_64 Linux Kernel: 6.17.0-19-generic

This was closed in a bulk cleanup before Fluxer V2 without being checked or fixed. It may work now, so it is waiting for someone to confirm whether the bug still happens.

I went ahead and tried to recreate this and found that this is not just a 1 off issue. After looking in flatseal for anything that might have needed to be changed and still nothing it does appear that the problem is the flatpak. I have also linked a fastfech of my system as well to give you info on what was used to recreate the isssue. image
