Allow sending stickers along with a text message simultaneously on mobile (Desktop parity)

Currently, users on mobile devices cannot send a text message and a sticker at the same time, as this feature is currently exclusive to the Desktop client.

Bring feature parity to mobile devices by allowing users to attach a sticker alongside a text message in the chat input, just like they can on Desktop.

This would improve cross-platform consistency and streamline messaging for mobile users who want to add accompanying text to their stickers without sending them as separate messages.
