Current problem
At the moment, when looking at a custom badge on a self-hosted instance, it only shows the badge. It does not show the date the badge was received.
Proposed change
When a badge is given to a self-hosted instance's user, the server could record the day the badge was given, similar to how Premium has a "subscriber since DATE" message on it. The user could toggle this date in their profile.
