Current problem
Some people would prefer not to have the ability to see what badges someone has on their profile and they should be free to choose the visibility of badges on other people's profiles just as they can on their own profile.
Proposed change
There should be a client-side toggle in the settings to show or hide other people's badges and, if possible, to disable specific ones if one does not wish to disable them all.
