Unable to scroll the OP when creating a thread from a message

Reproduction steps

  1. Post a long message (zoom-dependent, but maybe 20 lines or more)
  2. Create a thread from that message

Expected behaviour

I expected to be able to scroll up. This is necessary to give the thread a title, for example.

Actual behaviour

The thread creation modal is not scrollable, leaving the thread title out of reach. For now, this can be worked around by just creating the thread with the default title and renaming it afterwards.
