Bot Emoji Management

I'm one of the developers of a bot called Fluxcord. It's a bridge bot between the platform Discord. The problem currently is that emojis get uploaded to a temporary guild to bridge custom emojis sent from Discord. That solution is sadly not reliable and hits the rate-limit pretty quickly.

Implement a feature for bots to upload emojis to their own storage. Discord currently allows this for up to 2000 emojis, which would really help with rate-limits. (and people needing a bridge :) pasted-image-1.png
