(Web Design) Suggestion for the languages section in the Fluxer landing page

This might be just myself - I found it counterintuitive that I had to hover and wait for each tooltip box to pop out from each flag. So the objective is to lessen the processing or waiting time by organizing information further.

A solution I propose is to redesign the language section of the landing page into an expandable list instead. On first hand, this can provide faster info at a glance for new lurkers trying to learn about Fluxer; they could be on a rush. On the other hand, reading words can assist better for people with color blindness who could struggle distinguishing country flags. See reddit link for example: https://www.reddit.com/r/vexillology/comments/1r1zn8g/how_world_flags_look_with_various_types_of_color/ In detail, this design enlarges the flags yet functions more as background graphic - could be animated sideways scrolling for additional interactivity. When this section is in default state, a short body copy is written at the bottom area as "Fluxer is available in different languages, and we’re adding more in later updates". It can be adjusted, if that's not the case. And then beside the copy is a "see list" button with chevron pointing downwards. Clicking this expands the container. There might as well be a good opportunity to invite other/niche language speakers who are interested to localizing Fluxer. It is by including a button or hyperlink at the lowest part of the section. The tilted flags graphic is a creative choice for design coherence. Regarding the list, maybe languages can be categorized by region and maybe each language uses their country flag as a bullet.
