Mic-only mode for voice chat

Fluxer already lets you join a voice chat on several clients at once which can be very helpful if you want to screenshare directly from one device but chat on the other device. however, if you want to talk through one device and listen through another (there are plenty of edge-cases where this can be useful), the device you're using as a mic has to be totally undeafened and receiving incoming audio. not only is this a waste of bandwidth, but it's especially an issue on mobile where you can't mute the output fully, resulting in some echo (or mic artifacts in the case of echo cancellation).

it would be fantastic if you could opt in to having a mic-only mode, where your client becomes deafened, but unmuted, so you can use for example a phone as a mic, while listening to the voice chat on another device. ^^
