Visible deleted/edits in messages for members with Manage Messages

Members can, and historically have on Discord, used message deletion and editing for trolling via ghost pinging as well as a means of hiding evidence of being troublesome. For Discord, usage of the Vencord Message Logger is practically essential as the best way to tackle this besides just having bots log every and any member message in a hidden server channel.

Give all members with Manage Messages the ability to see messages deleted by members, as well as edits made to messages by members, during the lifetime of the app on mobile or tab/window on Desktop website/app respectively, with an indicator such as a red foreground if deleted. Preferably do it like Vencord where you don't have to be viewing the server nor the specific channel to track message deletions/edits, and for better privacy (and just in case anything illegal is involved so as to not permanently save it) the logs are memory only and not retained after Fluxer is fully closed.
