Fix Fluxer Desktop (Flatpak) brand primary color

Summary

I downloaded the Flatpak today, thank you so much! This looks like a trivial fix. I just wanted to let you know guys that the primary "brand" color used in the Flatpak is #6000DC instead of #4D60DC. I don't know if this is an issue with generate-color-system.ts if that were the case, I can't find that file anywhere in the GH Org.

Steps to reproduce

Download Flatpak, look at colors.

This was closed in a bulk cleanup before Fluxer V2 without being checked or fixed. It may work now, so it is waiting for someone to confirm whether the bug still happens.
