app actions have blank icons on GrapheneOS

Reproduction steps

be using GrapheneOS(?). might very well occur on other Androids but this is what i tested
go to your launcher and look at the Fluxer Beta app icon
open the app action pop-up (usually a long press in most launchers)
observe the icons associated with Fluxer Beta's app actions

Expected behaviour

the icons should be related to the actions

Actual behaviour

the icons are white circles
