Add kaomoji and emoticons in the expressions panel

Current problem

Fluxer has GIFs, stickers and emoji to express something, but there is a lack of text-only forms of expression. Kaomoji are Unicode text expressions like: ʕ•ᴥ•ʔ \(^o^)/ ฅ^•ω•^ฅ ಠ_ಠ Emoticons (or smileys) are ASCII text expressions like: :-) ;P =) :-D I personally use kaomoji but I have to use an external website to copy the expressions, it would be great to have it embedded as a feature inside the app.

Proposed change

Introduce a tab in the expressions panel for kaomoji and maybe even one for emoticons. The kaomoji-collection and emoticon_kaomoji_dataset are the largest open source projects for kaomoji, I think it is a great start. While emoticons are easy to manually type on almost any keyboard, kaomoji are not. A solution would be to provide an autocomplete feature like with emoji. Colons are used to wrap emoji names, then semicolon can be used for kaomoji names. If :smile: becomes 😄, then ;kuma; (it means bear) becomes ʕ•ᴥ•ʔ Finally I would like to add some nice to have features:
  • correct rendering of certain Unicode characters used in kaomoji, for instance the famous lenny face ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) does not render correctly, both on the feedback website and in the Fluxer apps, I believe it's a font issue;
  • save them in a favourite section just like the emoji panel;
  • custom kaomoji per community, you can use them anywhere since they are just Unicode text;
  • kaomoji reactions to messages, just like emoji reactions.

Platform

macOS, Windows, Linux, Web, Android, iOS

Additional information

I am aware that Fluxer does have 3 commands that provide kaomoji: /shrug for ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ /tableflip for (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻ /unflip for ┬─┬ ノ( ゜-゜ノ) These are great but they are just 3 entries, there are much more kaomoji that I want to use and save in my favourites.
