I suppose this has only been discussed on Fluxer but not yet on the Feedback website here. The yellow border is something Windows adds automatically to help indicate what parts of your screen are being recorded. Hampus has tried removing this in the past, but it only ended up with Fluxer then getting flagged as malware. The reason software like Discord and OBS are able to get away with removing the yellow border is because they are more well-known, so Windows Defender does not flag them as malware. Weirdly enough, the yellow border only persists on Windows 10. It does not appear on Windows 11, but that's just a decision Microsoft made it seems. As far as I'm aware, it's unlikely this will be possible to resolve in the near future since software reputation takes time to develop.
