Unable to adjust Stream Volume when muted

Reproduction steps

Join a stream
Mute stream
Attempt to unmute by clicking in the volume bar.

Expected behaviour

I would expect, even if mute, clicking within the volume slider bar unmutes. The visual state of the muted icon is limited. It potentially should be red too.

Actual behaviour

Unable to adjust volume without unmuting first.
