Current problem

Proposed change
Give servers the ability to apply a theme when users are focused on a server, limited to simple things like color changes, nothing that would change the client entirely, just simple color swaps.
Platform
macOS, Windows, Linux, Web, Android, iOS
Additional information
There would need to be a setting added to disable this by default and/or whitelist/blacklist servers from doing this.
