Mobile Channel Settings - Slowmode

Reproduction steps

Use the web or PC app to change a channel's slowmode to an option that isn't on mobile
Open the channel settings on mobile
See that there's empty text

It should show the time the channel is set to.

It doesn't, iOS and Android.

Version 2026.10.100, Beta 11, Channel Beta, Build 94, iOS 27.2 (arm64), Device iPhone16,2, Locale en-US, Push apns, Flutter 3.47.7, Dart 3.13.5
