Option to allow users to view a community without being logged in to an account

Users must be logged in to an account in order to view the content of a community.

A community option to allow people to "join" the community without logging in at all in a read-only mode, allowing them to view all public channels but not send messages, react, etc. It could also be an instance-wide option.

Zulip has this feature.
