Using Visionary on Self-Hosted Instances

At the moment, it is impossible to use the Visionary system currently used on the main Fluxer.app instance on a self-hosted instance. Users cannot be marked as Visionary, nor can they be invited to a Visionary specific community.

The Visionary system currently used on Fluxer.app could be adapted for use on self-hosted instances as well, in the event that non-Fluxer.app instances need or want to use it. It could be given through a gift code, or maybe through the admin panel.

Perhaps the administrators of the instance could set a custom limit to Visionary. For example, the first 10, 25, 50, 100, 1000 users and so on, as a slider.
