Reproduction steps
- Drag two communities on top of each other to create a folder
- Make sure there are at least 2 communities below that folder (you may need to do this on desktop first, due to this bug)
- Attempt to drag any communities below a community positioned below the lowest folder on your list
Expected behaviour
I should be able to drag the communities where they are moved.
Actual behaviour
I cannot drag any communities further below than 1 below the bottom-most folder.
