Speakerphone doesn't work

Reproduction steps

1: Join any call or voice channel 2: Audio will almost never be on speakerphone 3: No matter what I try, I cannot get the audio to stop coming out of the ear piece.

Expected behaviour

Being able to put a call on speakerphone

Actual behaviour

Call only comes out of ear speaker like a normal call no matter what I change
