Pressing Escape in a modal jumps the chat to the bottom instead of closing the modal

Reproduction steps

  1. Open a community chat
  2. Scroll up quite a ways
  3. Click an image to view it full view
  4. Press Escape
  5. Chat underneath the modal scrolls to the bottom
  6. Press Escape again
  7. Modal closes

Expected behaviour

The first Escape press should cancel the modal first.

Actual behaviour

The Escape scrolls the chat first, then another Escape press closes the modal.
