Reproduction steps
- Send a masked link that points to a community invite e.g.
[Here is a masked link to fluxer-hq](https://fluxer.gg/fluxer-hq) - Mouse over it
- Now post another one but in angle brackets e.g.
[Here is a sneaky masked link to fluxer-hq](<https://fluxer.gg/fluxer-hq>) - Mouse over it
- Now try steps 1 & 2 using your profile About Me
Expected behaviour
In contexts where there is no embed, such as when the masked link is inside angle brackets, embeds are suppressed, or in the profile about me, mousing over the link should still give a preview of what you are about to click on. It is understandable to skip this when there is an embed, since the embed makes it obvious what you are clicking on, however.
Actual behaviour
Fluxer community invites seem to be an exception to the rule of showing URL previews when mousing over masked links in all contexts, even when no embed is available. This can be undesirable since someone might do this to bait you into clicking their community invite link.
