Current problem
Self-hosting operators have no way to set certain guild feature flags as a community creation default. As an example, I would like for my users to have
AUDIO_BITRATE_384_KBPS and VANITY_URL automatically applied for their communities when they are created.
Instead, what has to happen is I need to regularly check for new communities to provide these features, or have a user notify me to apply these.Proposed change
Within the configuration section of the admin panel, create an interface that allows server operators to set default guild feature flags.
