[Android] Permissions Bug with Voice Recording prompt

Reproduction steps

Never have used the voice message recording feature on mobile before.
Tap onto the voice message button in any channel or DM.
The "granting permissions" prompt should pop up. Instead of granting the permission, deny it.
Observe the behaviour.

Expected behaviour

The voice message gets cancelled and whenever pressing on the voice message button, an information blip should pop up that reminds the user that Fluxer needs microphone permissions granted to be able to utilise voice messaging.

Actual behaviour

The voice message prompt gets stuck and doesn't disappear, always staying at 0:00, and the message bar itself becomes unresponsive. Only changing the channel fixes this. Then, whenever pressing the voice message, nothing happens.
