Self-host over Proxy (Tor or I2P) Support

Current problem

As of now, if a user wishes to connect to a self-hosted Fluxer instance that is behind Tor, I2P, or some other kinds of networks, it is not possible to do so without tampering with the client, or possibly by using command-line flags, which is unintuitive for an end user. A user can currently only input a clearnet instance URL.

Proposed change

When selecting to "Add another instance", a user could click a switch to connect through a proxy. It could ask the user whether to use an HTTP or SOCKS proxy, and then prompt the user to input the proxy URL. This URL could be saved with the instance data, and the app could connect through that proxy specifically when connecting to that saved instance.

Platform

macOS, Windows, Linux, Android, iOS, Self-hosting

Additional information

Using a proxy application-wide, agnostic of any saved instance, could introduce privacy issues if connected to the main instance or other instances.
