Support for connections to websites using rel="me"

It is not currently possible to connect Fluxer accounts to site profiles on a variety of websites.

The rel attribute allows for website authors to specify a relationship with the anchor or link (<a> and <link> elements) it's used with. Allow users to generate a URL that they can then use with <a> or <link> on their website to establish a connection to sites or profiles on sites.

This mechanism is already used on e.g. Mastodon to 'verify' websites. See for instance my profile on Treehouse: https://social.treehouse.systems/@VulpineAmethyst
