Allow stream volume booster beyond 200% (up to 400%–600%)

Streams or user microphones are often recorded at extremely low input levels. The current 200% volume cap is insufficient to hear quiet audio clearly without relying on third-party system volume boosters or external plugins.

Increase the maximum stream volume limit in the audio settings up to 600%, or introduce an optional high-gain booster setting for extra amplification on low-volume streams.
