/gif searches don't allow scrolling/browsing via scroll wheel or click-drag

Reproduction steps

Type "/gif (text)"
Search results appear above text box
Attempt to scroll past the first few results while hovering over images or dragging left/right

Expected behaviour

Search results have a clear scroll bar and allow scrolling through results

Actual behaviour

Horizontal scroll bar appears but is overlapping images/not clearly separated, and scrolling with the scroll wheel past the first few results is not possible unless moused over the small aforementioned scroll bar.
