Reproduction steps
Screen share an app for an extended period of time (5+ minutes)
Expected behaviour
It should screen share as normal with no adverse affects.
Actual behaviour
As the screen share progresses, the performance of the Windows Explorer starts to dwindle rapidly. Eventually you can no longer press the windows key to tab out and any action on the task bar can take minutes to register, forcing the need to restart Windows Explorer from Task Manager.

I don't have any images of this, but when going into task manager the performance of the Windows Explorer task is always on high power usage while the issue is occuring.
