Scrollbar on mobile makes the channel scroll very rapidly

Reproduction steps

Scroll a bit by dragging to get the scrollbar to show.
Try holding the scrollbar, maybe moving it slightly.
See the issue.

Expected behaviour

I don't know how I expected the scroll to work exactly but definitely not like this.

Actual behaviour

The channel scrolls very rapidly as soon as I start holding the scrollbar. I have virtually no control over how it scrolls. It seems that at a certain point, it starts working a bit more like I'd expect it to, I don't know what the cause, just see the video.
